Pathfiner Magic Item & Creation rules pdf is now available for free at their website (you can download it from this thread)
The 24 pages pdf includes rules for Intelligent items, curse items, artifacts and creation rules. These guidelines will also be the tools to create a magic item for anyone participating in the first round of the RPG Superstar.
The biggest improvement that I've glance through the magic item creation rules for Pathfinder is there is no XP cost. Good riddance!
